CONDITIONS

. Cancellations of reservations must be made by 3.00 p.m. of the day before the lesson, notifying the ski instructor or the skiing school office.
. Only in the event of the weather or snow conditions making it impossible to ski will lessons be cancelled and in that the case the lesson will not be charged for.
. This decision is at the sole discretion of the management of the ski school.
. Should you have any complaints to make about the skiing lessons, please make them to the school management.
. There is no refund for booked and unused lessons.
. Refunds will be given only in the event of an accident or illness on presentation of a medical certificate.
